2. Nature of Our Products

All products sold through Luminara School of Wonder are digital, downloadable PDF files ("Digital Products"). Due to the nature of digital content:

• Products are delivered electronically and instantly upon purchase confirmation

• Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product

• Digital files can be saved, copied, and retained by the purchaser indefinitely after download

Because of these inherent characteristics of digital products, our refund eligibility window is limited, as described below.

3. Preview Policy — Know Before You Buy

We believe strongly in transparency and want you to make a fully informed purchasing decision before you buy. To support this, we provide:

• Extensive Video Previews – Detailed video walkthroughs of our curriculum, including explanations of content, teaching methodology, scope, and sequence

• Sample Pages – Representative sample pages from our PDF files so you can evaluate layout, content, style, and difficulty level before purchasing

• Curriculum Explanations – In-depth descriptions of each product, including grade level, subject matter, learning objectives, and suggested use

4. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for a Full Refund — Within 72 Hours of Purchase

We offer a 100% full refund on any Digital Product purchased from Luminara School of Wonder, provided that:

• Your refund request is submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of the original date and time of purchase

• The request is submitted via the contact method outlined in Section 6 of this policy

• Your request includes your order number, name, and email address used at the time of purchase

When these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method, with no questions asked and no penalties.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Not Eligible for a Refund — After 72 Hours of Purchase

Refund requests submitted more than 72 hours after the original purchase date and time will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

This policy exists because:

• Our products are digital files that are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned"

• Once downloaded or accessed, digital content cannot be un-delivered or recovered

• We provide extensive free previews, sample pages, and video explanations prior to purchase to ensure informed buying decisions

• The 72-hour window provides a generous and reasonable opportunity to evaluate your purchase

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

In addition to requests made after the 72-hour window, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You have changed your mind after the 72-hour window has passed

• You claim you did not use or did not like the product after the refund window has expired

• The product was purchased as a gift and the recipient does not want it

• You forgot to request a refund within the eligible window

7. Technical Issues and Download Problems

We want every customer to successfully access and use our Digital Products. If you experience any technical difficulties downloading or opening your purchased files, please contact us immediately before assuming the product does not meet your needs.

Common technical issues we can assist with include:

• File not downloading correctly

• PDF file not opening

• Incomplete or corrupted download

• Unable to locate download link

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchase and you notify us within the 72-hour window, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.

8. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same Digital Product more than once, please contact us immediately with proof of both transactions. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase, regardless of the 72-hour window, upon verification.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your Luminara School of Wonder account

• Being permanently banned from future purchases

• Referral to our payment processor's dispute resolution process

10. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Refund eligibility applies equally to products purchased at full price or at a promotional/discounted rate. The 72-hour refund window begins at the original date and time of purchase, regardless of the discount applied.

• Products purchased with coupon codes or promotional pricing are eligible for a refund of the amount actually paid

• Bundle purchases — if a refund is requested on a bundle, the refund will apply to the full bundle price, provided the request is within the 72-hour window
